arrangement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen - but didn’t get everything she wanted.</p><br /><p>Richards and her attorney brought a video to Los Angeles Superior Court to try to bolster their case, but a court commissioner did not view it.</p><br /><p>Instead, he listened to two experts’ views and ordered changes to the agreement that were characterized by Sheen’s attorney as “nothing meaningful” - and by Richards’ attorney as beneficial for the pair’s two young daughters.</p><br /><p>Richards’ attorney, Neal Hersh, acknowledged that Superior Court Commissioner Harvey A. Silberman refused to grant some of the items requested during Monday’s closed-door hearing. Hersh did not specify what changes were sought.</p><br /><p>Hersh and Sheen’s attorney, Fern Wender, declined to discuss Silberman’s orders. Silberman refused to grant some of the items requested during Monday’s closed-door hearing. Hersh did not specify what changes were sought.</p><br /><p>Hersh and Sheen’s attorney, Fern Wender, declined to discuss Silberman’s orders. They also refused to say what type of experts testified, or what was on the video that Richards hoped to introduce.</p><br /><p>“The commissioner denied the majority” of Richards’ motion, Wender said afterward.</p><br /><p>Sheen did not appear, but Wender said he was pleased with the outcome.</p><br /><p>Hersh said the changes that were intact will be positive for the couple’s children, assuming not disclose the reason for the hearing, he did tell Access Hollywood that it’s a “serious issue involving the children,” referring to Sheen’s and Richards’ daughters, Sam and Lola.</p><br /><p>Because the presiding judge was on vacation today, the hearing didn’t happen, but will take place on Monday.</p><br /><p>At that time, Richards will be present again because she deems the issue “very important,” said Hersh.</p><br /><p>And though Sheen is not required to be at the hearing, Hersh threw down the gauntlet and said the “Two and a Half Men” star should be there if his “kids are She gave Denise clothes and offered her a shoulder to cry on when she and [now ex-husband] Charlie [Sheen] split up - there are even photos in the press of Heather taking Denise out after she and Charlie split. many years ago, you’re wrong, according to a former Los Angeles madam.</p><br /><p>Nici, who managed a stable of prostitutes that included two Playboy Playmates, tells Vanessa Grigoriadis in the new Rolling Stone that she booked her girls for the “Two and a Half Men” star until last year. The article, “The Sex Queen of LA,” details Nici’s control of a lucrative escort service that rented stunningly beautiful women to sex-hungry men for up to $25,000 a night through ads and word of mouth.</p><br /><p>“One day, according to Nici, the unthinkable happened: Charlie Sheen answered an ad. It was the Holy Grail of escorting, the Hollywood connection that can make or break a service,” Gregoriadis reports. “When Nici dropped four girls off at his penthouse, she found the actor in silk pajamas with ‘C. MaSheen’ embroidered over the pocket. Sheen gave her a $20,000 check for the girls, and she picked them up several hours later.”</p><br /><p>Even after Sheen entered court-ordered rehab, Nici “continued to book girls for him, furtively sending them to a doctor’s office in LA owned by a friend of Sheen’s. The orderlies at the rehab center would let him out for his frequent medical appointments.”</p><br /><p>Gregoriadis says Nici told her she continued to book girls for Sheen until last year, sending them to a hotel in Santa Monica.</p><br /><p>Sheen’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, told us: “This is an old, old, old story. She gave Denise clothes and offered her a shoulder to cry on when she and [now ex-husband] Charlie [Sheen] split up - there are even photos in the press of Heather taking Denise out after she and Charlie split. And then a few weeks later - not months - Denise starts dating Richie.</p><br /><p>“For Denise to claim that not only did she not initiate contact with Richie but that she and Heather weren’t friends for three months before she took up with him, well, that’s just absurd and an outright lie.</p><br /><p>“Denise also claims she’s still friends with Richie - which is not true. He doesn’t speak to her at all.”</p><br /><p>Sambora dated Richards briefly last year.</p><br /><p>On her show, Richards also says she has five dogs, four cats and three pigs. But an insider said, “Please - she has over 20 dogs, five cats, three pigs and several guinea pigs. Her place is like a zoo. She collects animals.”</p><br /><p>A rep for Locklear didn’t return our detailed e-mails and calls.</p><br /><p>Richards, via a rep, told us: “I will not respond to these tireless rumors. It’s such old news. I will say I have 10 dogs. Is there a law against having a lot of animals? If I did the same [bleep] to you, you'd be [bleep] furious."</i><br /><br />And in a follow-up voicemail, from April 19 of the same year, Sheen goes ballistic, shouting, <i>"I hope you rot in [bleep] hell.
